Stay slim and fit to avoid impotence

If you are obese you have a greater risk of getting health problems. Men who are obese are at higher risk of getting impotence. Obesity decreases blood flow thereby causing impotence. Obesity causes many illnesses like diabetes, heart diseases, cholesterol problem all of which are linked to erectile dysfunction. Also those who are obese have less energy for sex due to disrupted sleep cycle. Obese people lack sexual enjoyment and sexual desire; also they have difficulty during sexual performance. Losing weight can help them get their desire back.

Reducing weight improves blood circulation and cholesterol level. Exercise is an effective means of losing weight. Exercise lowers the risk of impotence by improving flow of blood to the genital region. Staying slim does not allow the arteries in penis to get choked hence preventing from erectile dysfunction.

It has been observed that sexual function was restored in men who lost their obesity. Exercise regularly, have healthy, fat free diet to enjoy your sexual life.
